This fully renovated guesthouse is located on a quiet villaroad in Koege within 500-1500 meters from the beach, shopping center, train station, Central Square, Football Stadium and University Hospital. 

A brand-new  Netto supermarket (with bus stop) is located 250 meters away and the highway E20 can be reached in five minutes by car. 

The guesthouse contains four+ rooms, three bathrooms, two kitchens (one of which is a tea kitchen) and a TV-lounge. The full renovation was completed Oct.19.
