Payment details

This guesthouse accepts Visa and Mastercard.

The total price of the reservation will be charged any time after booking. In case of late booking, at the latest on the day of arrival. Your receipt will be emailed or printed and will include the information you provide when booking. Please enter the details you wish to see on your receipt.

Cancellation

For refundable bookings: if cancelled or modified up to three days before arrival, only the credit-card fees will be charged. The paid amount will be credited to your account within 3–4 days.

If cancelled or modified later, or in case of no-show, no refunds are offered.

Children & extra beds

Children accompanied by an adult are welcome.

The maximum number of guests in each room is two, except babies.

One baby below two years old is allowed in the room in their own crib or baby cot.

Internet

Wi-fi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. Reservation is not needed.

Smoking

No smoking.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in: 5–10pm. Check-out: 10am.

Please inform Køge Guesthouse in advance of your expected arrival time.

If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please contact the guesthouse well ahead of time to enquire whether it is possible.
